Veggie Cottage Pie with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • mighty beefless mince
  • oxo meat free beef flavour stock cubes
  • Water
  • Gravy (0.5)
  • Black pepper, white pepper and onion salt
  • marabel potatoes
  • 20g grated mozzarella
  • parsnips
  • carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Brussel sprouts

Preparation

  1. Cook the beefless mince with stock cubes, water, gravy, black pepper, white pepper, and onion salt until thickened

  2. Mash the marabel potatoes and pipe them on top of the filling

  3. Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the piped potatoes

  4. Bake the assembled pie until golden and cheese is melted

  5. Air fry the parsnips and carrots until tender

  6. Steam or boil the broccoli and brussel sprouts until cooked
