Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • rice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • broccoli
  • rinsed beans and cubed tempeh
  • 4 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp acv

Preparation

  1. Add 3 tbsp water into pan, add chopped broccoli, rinsed beans and cubed tempeh

  2. Let the broccoli get bright green and steam up

  3. Once most of the water is gone add in 4 tbsp tamari, 1 tsp liquid smoke, 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp acv and mix around

  4. Fry up on medium to high heat till the tempeh is crispy

  5. Make tahini dressing by adding tahini, hot water, salt, garlic pwdr, lemon juice and mixing it up till smooth

  6. Pour over top and sprinkle sliced almonds
