Spicy Almond Tofu Noodles
Ingredients
- 280g extra firm tofu, cubed
- 200g broccoli, chopped into florets
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sriracha (optional)
- 1/2 tsp miso paste
Preparation
Add the tofu cubes to a non-stick frying pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, rotating frequently to brown them on all sides
Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in boiling water for around 2-3 minutes, and stir together the tamari, almond butter, paprika, Sriracha and miso paste
Add the broccoli and the sauce to the frying pan and stir for a couple of minutes to combine
Serve with rice or noodles
