Baked Garlic Chili Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
Preparation
Drain and press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water
Set the oven to 400°F.
Cut the tofu into even cubes and place in a bowl or Tupperware container.
Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss together if using a bowl, or seal and shake the container to evenly coat the tofu.
Remove the tofu and place on a lined baking sheet, making sure the cubes aren’t touching.
Bake in the oven for at least 25 minutes or until the edges have browned.
Remove from the oven and serve as desired.
