Baked Garlic Chili Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Drain and press the tofu for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the tofu into even cubes and place in a bowl or airtight container.
Add the tamari, nutritional yeast, and chili garlic sauce.
Gently mix to coat the tofu evenly, either by tossing in the bowl or shaking in the sealed container.
Transfer the tofu to a lined baking sheet, ensuring the cubes are not touching.
Bake for at least 25 minutes or until the edges are browned.
Remove from oven and serve as desired.
Tips
Serve with noodles for a delicious bowl.
