Baked Garlic Chili Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
Preparation
Drain and press the tofu for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the tofu into even cubes and place in a bowl or Tupperware container.
Add the tamari, nutritional yeast, and chili garlic sauce.
Gently toss or shake to evenly coat the tofu if using a bowl or sealed container.
Place the tofu cubes on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
Bake in the oven for at least 25 minutes or until the edges are browned.
Remove from the oven and serve as desired.
Notes
This tofu is delicious served with noodles in a bowl.
