Baked Garlic Chili Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
Preparation
Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to drain.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the tofu into even cubes.
Place the tofu cubes in a bowl or a sealed container.
Add the tamari, nutritional yeast, and chili garlic sauce.
Gently toss or shake to coat the tofu evenly.
Transfer the coated tofu to a lined baking sheet, ensuring the cubes are not touching.
Bake in the oven for at least 25 minutes or until the edges are browned.
Remove from the oven and serve as desired.
