Baked Garlic Chili Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp chili garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to drain.

  2. Set the oven to 400°F.

  3. Cut the tofu into even cubes and place in a bowl or Tupperware container.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss or shake to evenly coat the tofu.

  5. Remove the tofu and place on a lined baking sheet, ensuring cubes aren’t touching.

  6. Bake in the oven for at least 25 minutes or until edges are browned.

  7. Remove from oven and serve as desired.

  1. Serve with noodles or in a bowl for a delicious meal.
