Protein Packed Bowl with Waffle and Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 of a Kodiak Cakes waffle
- a slice of Rachel Mansfield chocolate chip banana bread
- berries
- Siggi's dairy plain yogurt
- Purely Elizabeth granola
- Aldi USA organic peanut butter
Preparation
Broil the frozen waffle in the oven to make it crispy instead of soggy.
Assemble the bowl by combining the waffle, banana bread slice, berries, plain yogurt, granola, and peanut butter; the whole process takes about 5 minutes.
