Fruit Overloaded Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 scoop Further Food collagen
Add-ins and toppings
- berries
- Siggi's dairy plain yogurt
- bananas
- Gr8nola
- organic peanut butter
Preparation
Mix the Kodiak cake mix, unsweetened almond milk, egg white, and collagen to form a batter
Add berries to the batter and stir well
Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat and cook the batter in portions until golden brown on both sides
Top the cooked pancakes with plain yogurt, sliced bananas, granola, and peanut butter
