Chocolate Peanut Butter Collagen Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill protein pancake mix
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops Further Food collagen
- 2 tsp organic peanut butter
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook on the stove over medium heat.
Add chocolate chips as the pancakes cook.
Top with more peanut butter, chocolate chips, granola, and fruit.
