Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
- 1/4 cup blackberry jam
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Spray a baking pan or cast iron skillet to prevent sticking
Transfer the mixture to the skillet and bake for 35 minutes
Top with a little more peanut butter and jam
