Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup blackberry jam
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together

  3. Spray a baking pan or cast iron skillet to prevent sticking

  4. Transfer the mixture to the skillet and bake for 35 minutes

  5. Top with a little more peanut butter and jam
