Mini Baked Collagen Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla collagen
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Whisk the egg then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together.

  2. You can either bake right away or refrigerate overnight then bake the next morning.

  3. If you refrigerate overnight, you might need to add a little mix the next morning.

  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

  5. Top with plain Greek yogurt, banana, and organic peanut butter.
