Nut-Free Vegan Berry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 750g mixed frozen or fresh berries of choice (I used mixed berries + blueberries)
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat groats or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Spread the frozen berries in your baking dish.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients together to form your crumble.

  4. Spread the crumble over the berries.

  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
