Nut-Free Vegan Berry Crumble
Ingredients
- 750g mixed frozen or fresh berries of choice (I used mixed berries + blueberries)
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup buckwheat groats or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Spread the frozen berries in your baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients together to form your crumble.
Spread the crumble over the berries.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
