Strawberry and Cherry Crumble
Ingredients
Filling
- 3 cups strawberries, quartered
- 2 cups frozen cherries
Crumble
- 1/2 cup gluten free jumbo oats
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 2 spoons milled seeds and nuts
- 1/2 cup natural sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Pinch salt
Preparation
Put the fruit in an oven-proof dish.
Combine all the crumble ingredients together.
Use your fingers to combine into a crumble topping.
Add the topping to the fruit.
Press down.
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
