Strawberry and Cherry Crumble

Ingredients

Filling

  • 3 cups strawberries, quartered
  • 2 cups frozen cherries

Crumble

  • 1/2 cup gluten free jumbo oats
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 2 spoons milled seeds and nuts
  • 1/2 cup natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Put the fruit in an oven-proof dish.

  2. Combine all the crumble ingredients together.

  3. Use your fingers to combine into a crumble topping.

  4. Add the topping to the fruit.

  5. Press down.

  6. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
