Sweet and juicy vanilla maple roasted strawberries
Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries (stems removed, sliced)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla bean extract
To serve
- 1 cup plant-based yogurt of choice
- 1/3 cup organic muesli
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180c/350F.
Place the strawberries in a baking dish.
Pour maple syrup over the strawberries, add vanilla and toss until well combined.
Place the baking dish in the oven and roast for about 10-15 minutes, stirring once during the baking time.
The strawberries are done when they have softened and the juices are thick and bubbly.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
To serve, spoon yogurt into a serving plate, top with roasted strawberries.
