Fluffy Banana Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • organic peanut butter
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs.

  2. Add 1 mashed banana, 1.5 cups almond flour, 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

  3. Mix well to form the pancake batter.

Reheating
