Delicious Paleo Waffles for Brunch

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp vanilla collagen or protein

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Heat the waffle iron.

  3. Grease the waffle iron with nonstick spray.

  4. Add the batter to the waffle iron.

  5. Let the waffles cook according to the timer on your waffle maker.

  6. Note: This recipe makes 6-7 mini waffles or 3-3.5 big waffles.
