Paleo Pancakes for Valentine's Day

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl then add 1 mashed banana, 1.5 cups almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk

  2. Mix everything together well

  3. Heat a skillet over low medium heat

  4. Add some coconut oil and add batter in

  5. Cook until it bubbles, then flip
