Chocolate Banana Paleo Pancake Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups birchbenders banana paleo mix
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • chocolate chips
  • organic peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups birchbenders banana paleo mix, 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

  3. Pour the mixture into mini donut pans.

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Makes 12 little donuts.

  6. Top with chocolate chips and organic peanut butter.
