Healthy Paleo Turmeric Cashew Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 2 tsp furtherfood turmeric tonic
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, whisk the egg.
Add in all the other ingredients besides the chocolate chips and mix together.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Top with more chocolate if desired.
