Healthy Paleo Turmeric Cashew Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tsp furtherfood turmeric tonic
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg.

  3. Add in all the other ingredients besides the chocolate chips and mix together.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  5. Top with more chocolate if desired.
