Soft and Chewy Almond Flour Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Chocolate chips, chunks, or candy
- Sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine 2 cups almond flour, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup avocado oil, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp baking soda.
Fold in chocolate chips, chunks, or candy.
Scoop dough into balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy. Note: Use smaller balls as they may spread during baking.
