Soft and Chewy Almond Flour Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Chocolate chips, chunks, or candy
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine 2 cups almond flour, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup avocado oil, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp baking soda.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips, chunks, or candy.

  4. Scoop dough into balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake for 15-18 minutes.

  5. Let cool and enjoy. Note: Use smaller balls as they may spread during baking.
