Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup GF 1-1 Baking Flour
  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Butter or Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease or line a baking sheet.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls, then combine dry into wet and stir in chocolate chips.

  3. Roll into golf ball size balls and place on the sheet.

  4. Bake for about 10 minutes, checking to see if they’re brown on the bottom.
