Crunchy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal flakes
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Wet

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add the wet ingredients.

  3. Form medium-sized cookies and place them on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 14 minutes.

  5. Let the mixture cool in the freezer for 15 minutes to make it firmer.
