Crunchy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
Dry
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup oatmeal flakes
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- Cinnamon (optional)
Wet
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add the wet ingredients.
Form medium-sized cookies and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 14 minutes.
Let the mixture cool in the freezer for 15 minutes to make it firmer.
