Preparation
Mix the paleo waffle mix, vanilla collagen, and unsweetened almond milk to prepare the batter
Cook the batter in a waffle iron until golden brown
Cut the cooked waffle in half
Spread peanut butter on one half of the waffle
Add honey and sliced banana on top
