Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana mashed (+more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (+more for topping)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes.

  2. Top with jam, more peanut butter, and the rest of your banana if desired.
