Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana mashed (+more for topping)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (+more for topping)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes.
Top with jam, more peanut butter, and the rest of your banana if desired.
