Smooth Sanctuary Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 medjool date
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 GoMacro bar
  • 1/2 banana or 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk

Preparation

  1. Set oven to 350F.

  2. In a food processor, add date and oats.

  3. Pulse until roughly chopped.

  4. Add contents to a single serve oven safe baking dish and add remaining dry ingredients.

  5. Add banana and mash into dry ingredients, then add milk.

  6. Mix together well.

  7. Add in chopped up bar and fold into batter.

  8. Place dish into oven and bake for at least 20 minutes or until oats are fully baked.
