Vanilla Oats with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook until oats thicken, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and top as desired.
Don’t feel that you have to over decorate your bowl on vacation.
