Vanilla Oats with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook until oats thicken, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Serve in a bowl and top as desired.

  4. Don’t feel that you have to over decorate your bowl on vacation.
