Peanut Butter and Caramelized Banana Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of toast
  • peanut butter
  • honey
  • 1 banana
  • a little coconut oil
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cut a banana into coins.

  2. Heat a skillet over low to medium heat.

  3. Add a little coconut oil to the skillet.

  4. Add the banana coins to the skillet.

  5. Sprinkle the bananas with cinnamon.

  6. Cook the bananas for 30 seconds on each side.

  7. Top 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, honey, and the caramelized bananas.
