Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Toppings

  • organic peanut butter
  • banana
  • chocolate chips
  • granola
  • plain yogurt with cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Microwave for 3 minutes.

  3. Add toppings and serve.

  4. Note: Adding egg white improves texture, making it similar to French toast.
