French Toast Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Toppings
- organic peanut butter
- banana
- chocolate chips
- granola
- plain yogurt with cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all base ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Add toppings and serve.
Note: Adding egg white improves texture, making it similar to French toast.
