Zucchini Oats with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1/3 grated zucchini
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 chopped up medjool date
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana mashed up
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and allow to cook for 3 minutes then remove from stove.
Serve as desired.
