Zucchini Oats with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 grated zucchini
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 chopped up medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana mashed up
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and allow to cook for 3 minutes then remove from stove.

  3. Serve as desired.
