Easy Spiced Oatmeal with Vanilla and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of ginger
- splash of vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- pinch of iodized salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 1-3 minutes or until thickened as desired.
