Easy Spiced Oatmeal with Vanilla and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of ginger
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch of iodized salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for 1-3 minutes or until thickened as desired.
