Warm Ginger Zucchini Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 zucchini, grated
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder or 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
