Quick Cinnamon Oatmeal with Almond Milk and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and place on stove top over low to medium heat.
Allow mixture to come to a simmer and stir slowly as it thickens, about 3 minutes.
Serve as desired, such as with toppings like blackberries, blueberries, gooseberries, peanut butter, and nibs.
