Oven-Baked Moroccan Spiced Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Season the chicken by coating it in the mix of olive oil, brown sugar, ground coriander, cinnamon, ground cumin, paprika, plain flour, salt, and pepper.

  2. Leave the chicken marinating for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 200°C

  4. Cook the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
