Vegan Pizza Babka
Ingredients
- 400g pizza dough
Toppings
- sun-dried tomato paste
- tomato passata
- vegan cheese
- fresh basil
- black olives
Preparation
Preheat oven to 230°C
Roll out the dough into a squared shape 40x25
Add toppings, but do not overload
Roll dough along the long side
Cut through the middle along the long side
With your fingers glue together the upper ends and start folding one side over the other
Move carefully into a cake tin and drizzle some oil
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 230°C
Let cool down a little before removing from the tin
