Easy Vegan Focaccia Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
- 200g Wheat Flour
- 100g Spelt Flour
- 2g Fresh Yeast
- 5g Salt
- 14g Sweetener
- 2g Olive Oil
- 235 ml Cold Water
Toppings
- 150g Tomato Sauce
- 150g Vegan Shredded Cheese (that melts)
- 5-7 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 large onion, cut in rings or julienne
Preparation
In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients of the dough and cover it for 8 hours.
Grease a 24cm cake mold, pour the dough, put some olive oil on top, and stretch the dough to the walls without pressing too much.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
After 30 minutes, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with both upper and lower heat.
After 1 hour, add the pizza toppings to the dough starting with tomato sauce, then cheese, onion, and cherry tomatoes; optionally top with oregano.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and remove the mold after 2 to 3 minutes.
Cut into slices and enjoy.
