Easy Vegan Focaccia Pizza

Ingredients

Dough

  • 200g Wheat Flour
  • 100g Spelt Flour
  • 2g Fresh Yeast
  • 5g Salt
  • 14g Sweetener
  • 2g Olive Oil
  • 235 ml Cold Water

Toppings

  • 150g Tomato Sauce
  • 150g Vegan Shredded Cheese (that melts)
  • 5-7 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, cut in rings or julienne

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients of the dough and cover it for 8 hours.

  2. Grease a 24cm cake mold, pour the dough, put some olive oil on top, and stretch the dough to the walls without pressing too much.

  3. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.

  4. After 30 minutes, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with both upper and lower heat.

  5. After 1 hour, add the pizza toppings to the dough starting with tomato sauce, then cheese, onion, and cherry tomatoes; optionally top with oregano.

  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and remove the mold after 2 to 3 minutes.

  8. Cut into slices and enjoy.
