Vegan Focaccia with Garlic Chili Oil
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups lukewarm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 3/4 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- more olive oil for baking dish and topping
Garlic chili oil
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1/2 cup hot oil
Preparation
Mix the dough.
Let it rest for 4 hours.
Put in an oiled baking dish.
Rest for 45 minutes.
Bake at 220°C/450°F for 20-25 minutes.

Combine all ingredients.
