Vegan Focaccia with Garlic Chili Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 3/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • more olive oil for baking dish and topping

Garlic chili oil

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup hot oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the dough.

  2. Let it rest for 4 hours.

  3. Put in an oiled baking dish.

  4. Rest for 45 minutes.

  5. Bake at 220°C/450°F for 20-25 minutes.

Garlic chili oil

  1. Combine all ingredients.
