Better Than Takeout Noodles for Quick Dinners

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp miso
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sweet brown rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Korean bbq sauce
  • Buckwheat Ramen noodles or any noodles

Preparation

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Add the sauce mixture to your favorite noodles and serve.
