Blackberry Mozzarella and Basil Pizza
Ingredients
- Plant-based pizza crust
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- Vegetable broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/8-1/4 cup original unsweetened plant-based milk
- Blackberries
- Fresh basil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Sauté onions and garlic in a splash of vegetable broth until aromatic, about 5 minutes.
Add to a blender and blend until mostly smooth.
Wash and chop blackberries in half; set aside.
In a pot over low heat, add cheese and slowly mix in milk until it reaches mozzarella consistency.
Spread the onion and garlic mixture on the pizza crust.
Add the cheese and top with blackberries.
Bake according to package instructions, approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
Tips
For a cheesier pizza, double the cheese and milk quantities.
