Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Handful of ice
