Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Handful of ice
