Creamy Mango Turmeric Smoothie with Tofu
Ingredients
- 120 g ripe mango
- 120 g frozen banana
- 120 g frozen grapes
- 150 g yellow zucchini
- 150 g silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 piece fresh turmeric (5 g)
- A little plant mylk to adjust consistency
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add more plant mylk as needed to reach desired consistency.
