Creamy Mango Turmeric Smoothie with Tofu

Ingredients

  • 120 g ripe mango
  • 120 g frozen banana
  • 120 g frozen grapes
  • 150 g yellow zucchini
  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 piece fresh turmeric (5 g)
  • A little plant mylk to adjust consistency

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add more plant mylk as needed to reach desired consistency.
