Creamy Onion Red Wine Pasta

Ingredients

  • 150g mushrooms
  • 100ml red wine
  • 150ml soy cuisine
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1/2 handful basil
  • optional: 1 teaspoon chili
  • optional: 50ml soy milk

Preparation

  1. Fry the onions for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the garlic, rosemary, chili, and mushrooms, and fry for another 5 minutes.

  3. Add the red wine, soy cuisine, and tomato paste.

  4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, adding basil in the last 3 minutes.
