Creamy Onion Red Wine Pasta
Ingredients
- 150g mushrooms
- 100ml red wine
- 150ml soy cuisine
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1/2 handful basil
- optional: 1 teaspoon chili
- optional: 50ml soy milk
Preparation
Fry the onions for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, rosemary, chili, and mushrooms, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the red wine, soy cuisine, and tomato paste.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes, adding basil in the last 3 minutes.
