Easy Fruit-Infused Mimosa for Brunch
Ingredients
- 1 bottle pinot grigio or other light white wine
- 1 bottle Prosecco or champagne, chilled
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 oranges, sliced
Preparation
Wash and cut the fruit.
Add strawberries and orange slices to a pitcher.
Press the fruit lightly with the back of a spoon to help release more flavor.
Optional: Let sit, chilled, for at least 30 minutes.
Add the champagne or Prosecco.
Pour in the orange juice.
Stir gently with a spoon.
Serve and enjoy.
