Easy Fruit-Infused Mimosa for Brunch

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle pinot grigio or other light white wine
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or champagne, chilled
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 oranges, sliced

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the fruit.

  2. Add strawberries and orange slices to a pitcher.

  3. Press the fruit lightly with the back of a spoon to help release more flavor.

  4. Optional: Let sit, chilled, for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Add the champagne or Prosecco.

  6. Pour in the orange juice.

  7. Stir gently with a spoon.

  8. Serve and enjoy.
