Aperol Mimosa with Orange Juice Ice Cubes
Ingredients
- Orange juice
- Sage leaf or clementine leaf (optional)
- Aperol
- Prosecco
Preparation
Pour orange juice into a spherical ice cube mold.
Insert a sage leaf or clementine leaf into each ice cube compartment.
Freeze until solid.
Pour 1 part Aperol and 2 parts Prosecco into a coupe glass.
Place the frozen orange juice ice cube in the center and enjoy slowly, refilling as needed.
