Aperol Mimosa with Orange Juice Ice Cubes

Ingredients

  • Orange juice
  • Sage leaf or clementine leaf (optional)
  • Aperol
  • Prosecco

Preparation

  1. Pour orange juice into a spherical ice cube mold.

  2. Insert a sage leaf or clementine leaf into each ice cube compartment.

  3. Freeze until solid.

  4. Pour 1 part Aperol and 2 parts Prosecco into a coupe glass.

  5. Place the frozen orange juice ice cube in the center and enjoy slowly, refilling as needed.
