- 2 oranges
- 1 mango
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Strawberry banana cauliflower smoothie
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Kiwi pineapple spinach smoothie
- 3 kiwis
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Berry broccoli smoothie
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients for the chosen smoothie variant together until smooth.
Add more plant milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
Make-ahead tips
Prepare the smoothie mixtures in advance and store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
For longer storage, freeze the blended smoothies and thaw or re-blend before serving.
