  • 2 oranges
  • 1 mango
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Strawberry banana cauliflower smoothie

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Kiwi pineapple spinach smoothie

  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Berry broccoli smoothie

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for the chosen smoothie variant together until smooth.

  2. Add more plant milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

Make-ahead tips

  1. Prepare the smoothie mixtures in advance and store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
