Greedy Breakfast Bap
Ingredients
- one block of firm tofu, sliced thinly
- 50ml almond / oat / soya milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black salt (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp tamari
- salt and pepper to taste
- soft white bap
- spinach
- sautéed tamari mushrooms
- sundried tomatoes
Preparation
Whisk the almond milk, turmeric, nutritional yeast, paprika and black salt/ tamari together in a small bowl
In a frying pan in a medium heat, add the eggy mix and slices of tofu. Add the eggy mix and stir/food gently until most of the liquid is absorbed
Layer up your bap with spinach, mushrooms, scramble and tomatoes
