Spiced Vegan Tofu Scramble
Ingredients
- 150g of firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- A generous pinch of black salt
- A pinch of turmeric
- A dash of unsweetened oat milk
- Handful of baby spinach (optional)
Preparation
Crumble the tofu with your hands and add it to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, add all the other ingredients apart from the spinach and cook on a medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
Add the baby spinach and cook for another minute.
Check for seasoning and serve on toast or with your favourite sides.
