Vegan Tofu Scramble Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Generous pinch black salt
- Pinch turmeric
- Dash unsweetened oat milk
- Handful baby spinach (optional)
- Drizzle olive oil
Preparation
Crumble the tofu with your hands and add it to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add all the other ingredients except the spinach.
Cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
Add the baby spinach and cook for another minute.
Check for seasoning and serve on toast or with your favorite sides.
