Immunity Boosting Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz) coconut water
  • 2 sliced frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup of organic spinach
  • 1 whole orange (peeled)
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1 tsp powder wheatgrass (optional)
  • 1/2 knob of ginger about 2 tsp
  • 1 knob of fresh turmeric or 1 tsp of powdered turmeric

Preparation

  1. Blend everything until smooth in the high speed blender.
