Immunity Boosting Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 oz) coconut water
- 2 sliced frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/3 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup of organic spinach
- 1 whole orange (peeled)
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 1 tsp powder wheatgrass (optional)
- 1/2 knob of ginger about 2 tsp
- 1 knob of fresh turmeric or 1 tsp of powdered turmeric
Preparation
Blend everything until smooth in the high speed blender.
